The studios in Tabakalera’s Artists' Space open their doors for the second time this year. This is a fantastic opportunity to discover first-hand the work carried out in the Artist’s Space by the artists who use it.

In addition to the international artist residency programme, Tabakalera’s Artist’s Space provides various resources and services including working studios and the loan of audiovisual and photography equipment.

The Artist’s Space is a meeting point for local and international creators working across all variety of artistic areas. On this occasion we will be joined by artists hailing from Argentina, Mexico, Morocco and Iran, among others. We will be joined by Francisco Bouzas, Carla Fernández, Ila Firouzabadi, Madrassa, Alicia Martín, Elba Martínez, Cristina Mejías, Ángela Millano & Julián Pacomio, Ion Munduate, Imanol Salaberria and Natalia Suárez & Gómez Selva.

 

Programme:

16:00-16:30: Doors open, visit to the studios.

16:30-18:00: Presentation of projects carried out in the Artist’s Space through the working studios.

Alicia Martín, Imanol Salaberria, Francisco Bouzas, Carla Fernández, Elba Martínez, Ion Munduate.

18:15-19:30: Presentation of projects carried out through Tabakalera’s artist residency programme.

19:30-20:00: Performance/presentation: Ángela Millano & Julián Pacomio.

20:00-21:00: DJ session and aperitif
