Resident Kobe Matthys will make a presentation of his Agency project, founded in 1992 and based in Brussels, and of the different lines of work developed within this framework. In addition, he will propose a conversation about the situation of culture in Belgium and the movements organised to oppose the austerity policy adopted by the current government.
